To reach its climate targets and secure its energy supply, Switzerland needs to speed up the deployment of renewable energy technologies. SWEET-EDGE’s objective is to integrate very high shares of decentralized renewable energy into the Swiss energy system. To that end, EDGE is organizing its first Biennial Conference in Bern: a public conference gathering different stakeholders from the industry, policy, associations and administrations.
